POP and POS Fulfillment: Fulfill Your Customized Needs!

The requirements for POP and POS fulfillment success are twofold; first is the ability to support complex customer requirements, and second is the operational infrastructure to support those requirements.

       POP and POS Fulfillment

A typical POP customer requires material distribution to multiple store locations across a broad geographic region.  Each store location typically has uniquely defined attributes, such as size, demographic, usage volume, that form key data points in the operation of that account.

These attributes must be kept current in a customer profile in order to maximize operational and cost efficiencies.  Customer data must be secured in a database that interface with the  warehouse management system and forecasting tools in order to support complex customer requirements.

This ensures that day-to-day operations such as store minimum inventory levels are maintained, but more importantly any changes such as additional store openings or unexpected demand, can be quickly integrated into the system and the customer’s operations.

Fulfillment America occupies 4 warehouses totaling 400,000 square feet with 32 shipping bays and has large experienced labor pool which ensures adequate staffing for all jobs.

We are able to support many different client specific rules for POP assemblies with multiple kitting requirements. We can streamline the shipping process to guarantee on-time deliveries.  Another of our key service offerings is the ability for FAI to create online web applications for ordering miscellaneous items and to provide local market advertising campaigns, which includes a true web-to-print application.
